Bakhtegan Arvand chromite concentrate factory with an investment of $1.5 million in 2017 is the first and largest chromite processing factory in Iran. It was established and operated to process chromite ores and facilitate cooperation and activation of other regional mines. This factory's investment is aimed at localizing chromite processing technology and extracting high-purity export concentrate from chromite lump, the international supply of which demonstrates the quality and uniqueness of this factory group's products.
This factory requires approximately 100,000 tons of feed per year to produce concentrate, and several chromite mines in the region are active and have entered the production process and added value to supply it.
