Cutting and Arranging stone blocks in extraction
The process of extracting stone blocks weighing several tons from each quarry is carried out with specialized precision in each cut, using heavy machinery and innovative methods.
Our extraction process involves meticulously removing large stone blocks from the quarry's faces. This process includes drilling the edges of the stone block, cutting the stone with diamond wire saws, and dividing the stone with hydraulic machinery. After the block is separated from its original location, hydraulic cranes are used to remove the stone block. Then, the blocks are moved for size and quality inspection. Cutting the stone blocks is often done using diamond wire cutting machines. During this process, a mixture of water, gravel, and lime, known as slurry, is used to reduce the heat generated during cutting.
We believe that every piece of stone offers an opportunity to create beauty and durability. Therefore, we prioritize precision and quality at every stage of extraction and processing.
