BMFG specializes in open-pit stone quarrying, boasting significant reserves in the Fars and Kerman provinces. At BMFG, relying on deep knowledge and experience in the field of extraction and processing of building stones, we are always aiming to achieve the highest quality standards. We extract stones with superior beauty and durability from the heart of mountains; stones that each have a unique story and are considered a legacy of nature. Our group's mining products consist of types such as marble, granite, and porcelain, each suitable for various applications ranging from exterior facades to interior decoration and stone artifacts.

Extraction Operations

Cutting and Arranging stone blocks in extraction

The process of extracting stone blocks weighing several tons from each quarry is carried out with specialized precision in each cut, using heavy machinery and innovative methods.

Our extraction process involves meticulously removing large stone blocks from the quarry's faces. This process includes drilling the edges of the stone block, cutting the stone with diamond wire saws, and dividing the stone with hydraulic machinery. After the block is separated from its original location, hydraulic cranes are used to remove the stone block. Then, the blocks are moved for size and quality inspection. Cutting the stone blocks is often done using diamond wire cutting machines. During this process, a mixture of water, gravel, and lime, known as slurry, is used to reduce the heat generated during cutting.

We believe that every piece of stone offers an opportunity to create beauty and durability. Therefore, we prioritize precision and quality at every stage of extraction and processing.

Storage and Transportation of Blocks

Precise organization and strategic planning are at the heart of our mining success, ensuring the sustainability of our operations. and the sustainability of mining activities. The importance of mine organization in determining strategies, employing modern technologies, and advanced approaches in stone extraction and processing plays a key role. This organization includes various sections such as extraction operations management, technical and engineering department, quality control, health, safety, and environment (HSE), and administrative, financial, human resources, and transportation management. Specialist teams in each of these sections collaborate round-the-clock to ensure high productivity, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to international standards in all mining stages.

Fleet and Forces – Planning Room - Field Orders

Logistics and machinery play an unparalleled role in the efficiency of our mining operations. The use of advanced and modern machinery, such as excavators, loaders, dumpers, heavy drills, and stone transport trucks, plays a key role in increasing efficiency and reducing costs. Ongoing maintenance and support for our machinery enable efficient stone extraction and transportation and without interruption. Periodic and planned maintenance of equipment, in addition to increasing the lifespan of machinery, also ensures the safety of employees. Ultimately, attention to detail in logistics and machinery plays a significant role in achieving production goals and adhering to international standards.

Logistics and Repair and Maintenance

In stone processing, BMFG has secured a prominent industry position through advanced technology and continuous innovation by leveraging advanced technologies and continuous innovations. Our specialists meticulously and skillfully process various types of mineral stones, including marble, porcelain, granite, and chromite concentrate. The complex of future stone processing plants, including Parsian and belkoh factories, with the use of modern and advanced machinery, guarantees quality and international standards in production. These capabilities enable us to well cover and offer high-quality products in line with the needs of domestic and foreign markets at the level of market demand.
