Construction Projects

In addition to several medium-sized residential-office complex construction projects currently underway, Bayati Group has entered into construction projects. The company is currently constructing a sizeable multi-purpose megaproject in Shiraz. This project has a nearly 60,000-square-meter infrastructure with the design of various commercial, administrative, recreational, and service sectors.  This project was created with the collaboration of the most experienced domestic and international designers. Furthermore, the project's design incorporates critical elements such as modern architecture, attention to environmentally friendly construction, and minimal energy consumption.
